At golforderstore, we attach great importance to buyer’s satisfication. If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 10 days after receiving the purchase to return it. Please understand that we don’t shoulder the shipping fees. All products should be returned in the brand new condition with orginal packing. We are not able to accept the refund for products lost or damaged in the route of returning. On the other circumstance, if the products you received are of damage (though it seldom happens ), please contact us first. After confirming the problem, our customer service will instruct you to return for replacement or refund.
Please contact our customer service first before returning clubs. C.O.D is not acceptable.
After we receive the returns, we will issue the refund or arrange the replacement in one week. Refund to credit card account may takes longer time than refund to paypal account.
